Sarah Mamula serves as Assistant Vice President, Public Affairs at the Bank Policy Institute (BPI). In this role, she is responsible for coordination across the government relations, communications, membership and events teams as BPI integrates these functions to maximize advocacy efforts.
Prior to joining BPI, Ms. Mamula worked as Senior Director for the DC-based strategic and fundraising consulting firm HM&CO. There, she managed all internal and external operations for Global Women’s Innovation Network (GlobalWIN), a bipartisan nonprofit that highlights female leaders and connects the public and private sector through local, national and international programming. While at HM&CO, Ms. Mamula also assisted in large-scale efforts for the firm’s other clients, including the NewDemPAC and The NewDEAL.
Ms. Mamula received a M.A. in international affairs from George Washington University. She completed her undergraduate work at Roger Williams University, receiving a B.A. in media communications and political science.
