Ryan Sweeney is the BITS Program Manager for the Bank Policy Institute. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating BITS’s program efforts and member interactions as well as research and content development.
Prior to joining BPI in August 2018, Mr. Sweeney interned on Capitol Hill for the Republican staff of the House Financial Services Committee. While in college, he interned for Rep. Peter T. King of New York, as well as the Department of Justice and a small consulting firm.
Mr. Sweeney holds a B.A. in political science and a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University. He is also a graduate of Georgetown University’s Army ROTC program and currently serves as a military intelligence officer in the Army Reserves.
