Kenice Middleton is a former senior vice president for technology and cybersecurity risk for BITS at the Bank Policy Institute. Prior to joining BPI, Ms. Middleton was a member of the Senior Executive Service at the IRS and the Director, Security Risk Management where she led major cybersecurity initiatives in security authorization, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and the secure and successful delivery of filing season for taxpayers.
Ms. Middleton has been leading multi-million-dollar cyber initiatives for both the federal and private sectors for more than 16 years and has been instrumental in growing federal cyber practices at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Ms. Middleton has a M.S. degree from the University of MD University College (UMUC) and B.S. degree from Strayer University. She also holds the CISSP certification and is an Adjunct Professor at both UMUC and University of MD Baltimore County.
