Katie Collard is a senior vice president and associate general counsel for the Bank Policy Institute, where she focuses on issues related to capital, liquidity and stress testing and coordinates the Chief Financial Officer forum.

Ms. Collard joined the Bank Policy Institute in 2022 after serving as an associate in the financial institutions group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she advised U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions with respect to a variety of U.S. bank regulatory matters, including permissible activities, investment structures, and supervisory proceedings.  She also advised clients regarding corporate governance, public company matters, and capital markets transactions.

Ms. Collard received her J.D. magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center and earned her B.A. cum laude in political science and economics from the University of Notre Dame.
