Felipe Rosa is a vice president for research at the Bank Policy Institute.
Before joining BPI, he was a strategist for the financials credit desk and preferred stock desk at Bank of America where he made extensive use of financial regulation to help traders and salespeople generate trade ideas and make markets in senior unsecured, subordinated and preferred stock securities issued by banks and other financials.
Mr. Rosa joined Bank of America’s trading desk after six years of working as a credit analyst for Bank of America’s credit research group writing research reports about the impact of financial regulation on banks’ capital structure. He enjoys outdoor activities such as walking and hiking. He is currently learning the piano.
