Devina Khanna is the Vice President of Government Affairs for the Bank Policy Institute where she engages with Congress and policymakers on relevant policy issues.
Prior to joining BPI, Ms. Khanna served as the Economic Policy Advisor to Congressman Stephen F. Lynch where she led the House Financial Services Committee portfolio, advising on key issues such as bank capital, credit access, consumer data protection, and other banking policy issues. In her capacity, she drove policy directions for the Task Force on Financial Technology; Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology, and Artificial Intelligence; and the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence. Previously, Ms. Khanna was the Policy Manager at the Financial Health Network and a Policy Analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Ms. Khanna has B.A. from University of California, Santa Cruz and a M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.
