Carleen Abu is the Front Office Associate for the Bank Policy Institute. She provides administrative and special projects support to the operations team.
Prior to joining BPI, Ms. Abu was a core member of the operations and sales teams at multiple luxury properties in Northern Virginia & Washington, DC.
Ms. Abu has an extensive background in the hospitality industry and has worked with esteemed, renowned brands like The Park Hyatt, The Ritz-Carlton, The Watergate Hotel, and Riggs DC. She worked closely with C-suite executives in various industries, VIP clients, and diplomats, ensuring high-touch customer service and engagement throughout their interaction.
