Brandy Smith is the Human Resources Generalist at the Bank Policy Institute. She supports a wide range of HR functions across the organization. She partners with various teams to strengthen efficiency, collaboration, and workplace culture.
Prior to joining BPI, Ms. Smith spent four years in office management and operations, where she also supported various HR teams. During this time, she developed a strong understanding of how effective operations and HR collaboration contribute to organizational success.
Ms. Smith has a B.A. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Randolph-Macon College and a M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University.
